What we collect

• The waitlist form: your email, the exams you pick or type, and any optional answers (regulator, timing, number of exams).
• How you arrived: the page you landed on, the referring site, campaign tags in the link and advertising click identifiers.
• How the site is used: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (which records anonymised sessions) and the Meta and OpenAI advertising pixels set cookies to measure visits and sign-ups.

Why

To tell you when prep for your exams opens and send study resources, to decide which exams to build first, and to measure which channels bring people to the site.

Where it is kept

Waitlist answers are stored in our Supabase database. Your email, your exams, your optional answers and how you found us are also kept in our Brevo account, which sends our emails. When you join, a hashed copy of your email, your IP address and your browser details are sent to Meta to count sign-ups from our ads. We do not sell your details, and we share them only with the services named on this page.

Your choices

• Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• Email info@competencybasedassessment.ca to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
• You can block analytics and advertising cookies in your browser settings.
